Frankie Scott, 76 of North Little Rock passed November 27, 2019. Loving memories left to husband: Ernest Scott, children: Johnny (Christine) Fair, Andrew (Emma Jean) Fair, James (Monica) Moore, Willie James (Star) Moore Jr., Barbara Moore, and Genise Moore, 14 grandchildren. Siblings: Robert Holliman and Vera Mae Gilliam. Mrs. Scott will lie in state Monday December 9, 2019 1-5 pm. Homegoing celebration December 10, 2019 11:00 am.
