Louise Stroud-Sykes, 68 of North Little Rock passed July 17, 2018. Loving memories left to children: Roy Taylor, Angelus Smith, and Stephanie Lowe, siblings: Johnnie Carey (David) and Raybonlene Hill, 14 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren.
