Arthur Lee Williams, 70 of North Little Rock passed July 15, 2025. He was preceded in death by parents Luther Williams and Early Mae Williams. Loving memories left to son: Arthur Williams Jr., siblings: Bobbie Conley, Erma Williams, Lucille Humphries, Eloise Propps, and Diann Simmons. 4 grandchildren.
