Devan Wiggins, 28 of North Little Rock passed May 12, 2020. Loving memories left to mother Laura Wiggins-Johnson, father Glen Taylor and aunt/mother Judy Wiggins-Scott, grandparents: Dayton (Gloria) Wiggins, Ellen Wiggins, and Mattie Gill, siblings: Kevin Reese, Stacy Cox Jr., Chameka Campbell, Tekaja Cox, Latina (Michelle) Edwards, Latreasa Mullins, Toni Taylor and Brandi Taylor. Devan will lie in state May 22, 2020 6-7 pm at Superior. Homegoing celebration May 23, 2020 11:00 am at St. Mark Baptist Church 3725 Hwy 161 North Little Rock.
