Donna Gentry

Donna Elizabeth Gentry, 80, of Jacksonville, AR passed away Sunday, April 12, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Born May 24, 1945, in Searcy, AR, to the late Charles Donald and Margaret Irene Gaines. Donna worked in sales and was a member of First Baptist Church in Searcy. She loved sharing her faith. Donna enjoyed playing golf, fishing, singing and spending time with her family. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Terry (Deanna) Gentry of Hot Springs, AR, Dan (Beverly) Gentry of Sherwood, AR, Johnna (Duane) Ailey of Jonestown, TX. Ten grandchildren; Haley, Jonathan, Cierra, Laken, Dalton, Braden, Zachery, Kayla, Sidney, and Josiah; six great-grandchildren; Ellisyn, Kai, Ryleigh, Hayden, Alessia, and Warren; two sisters Linda Evans of Hot Springs, AR and Mimi Robbins (Tom) of Benton, AR and one brother Joe Gaines (Holly) of Batesville, AR. Preceding her in death are her husband, Roy Jonathan Gentry, parents Charles and Margaret Gaines, brothers, James Gaines and Larry Gaines. Memorial service will be Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Beacon of Hope Church of the Nazarene in North Little Rock, AR.
