Frazier Jr., Sonya Wafford and Johnathan Wafford whom he raised, sisters: Vera Frazier Gray, Doris Frazier Lovely, Carolyn Frazier Sutton (Reid), and Annette Grace (Rosvale), brother: Bennie Frazier Sr. (Elizabeth), sister in laws: Emily Short (Vertis), Ora Bell Wafford, Genora Gladney Frazier, brother in law: James Wafford II, niece: Elvia Wafford, nephew: James E. Wafford III (Lametria), great nephew: James Wafford IV, great niece: Evan Grace Wafford, and his business partner Attorney Bennie O'Neal. Mr. Frazier will lie in state August 13, 2020 1-5 pm.
