Joe Willie Mitchell Jr., 64 of North Little Rock passed May 11, 2025. He was preceded in death by father: Joe Willie Mitchell Sr. and wife: Sheila Mitchell. Loving memories left to children: Rodrico Parker, Joe Mitchell III, Sammy Mitchell, Shadreka Harris, and Joquita Stewart, mother: Ophelia Hart-Mitchell, siblings: Roland Jordan, Linda Thomas, Doris Williams, and Tiffany Mitchell. 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
