Oscar Lee Perkins

Oscar L. Perkins, 80 of North Little Rock transitioned peacefully July 18, 2024. He was born in Kerr, AR to the late Willie Perkins Sr. and Lillian Dyer-Perkins. He attended Britt elementary school in Scott, AR, then Scipio A. Jones High School after moving to NLR around 1960. Oscar left the city and settled in Watsonville, CA until he returned in the early 2000's. Oscar was preceded in death by both parents, 4 brothers, and 3 sisters. Loving memories left to brother: Charles Perkins (Mary) Las Vegas, Nevada, uncle: Fred Dyer Jr. North Little Rock, AR, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
