Patricia Howard, 66 of Little Rock passed February 9, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents: Jo woods, Clayton Sr. and Julia Mae Howard, sisters: Carrell Barnett, Sharon Barnett, brothers: E.G. Neal, Theodis Woods, L.D. Womack, Floyd Howard, and Adam Howard. Loving memories left to son: Cedric Howard, daughters: Michelle King-Nelson (Gene) and Breana Carrell-Howard, grandchildren: Cedric Howard Jr., Devante Summons, and Charles Worthy, God chlidren: Tiffany, Windel, and Sadia Davis, brothers: John A. Howard, Clayton Howard Jr (Sylvia), Ralph Edwards, Darrell Barnett, Allen Couch, Ike Watson, sister: Laura A. Howard, Mary Plummer (Cevell), Gracie Arnold (Garry), Vickie Leach, Audrey Woods, and a host of relatives and friends. Ms. Howard will lie in state February 26, 2021 1-5 pm at Superior.
