January 7, 2021 1:47 AMAnthony was one of my many first cousins (39 total) however, he was one of a kind and held a special place in my heart. Time and distance never changed the love and fond memories I have. I send my condolences to my entire family, but most of all to those closest to him in his final days. May God’s word and his spirit sustain you during your time of need. Rom 15:15 “Now may the God who supplies endurance and comfort grant you to have among yourselves the same mental attitude that Christ Jesus had.”

January 3, 2021 10:11 AMBrother Anthony. During my pastorate at Holly Grove AME Church, was my NUMBER 1 STEWARD! Anthony was born to be a Steward I do believe. He cherished the work of God. Gentle natured and ready to do whatever he could do. He loved the church, his family, especially his mother and his God. You will be missed Mr. Cookie man! God bless your mother and the entire family.

January 5, 2021 6:45 AMRay was my classmate at Harris Elementary/Harris High/Jacksonville High
We rode the school the school bus together.
One fond memory, at one of our class reunion I attended by myself .
I announced that I was leaving because it was getting late Ray said, wait I’ll walk you to your car. I told him how nice that was for him to offer.
He responded, you know you’re like a sister to me,
I’ll miss my classmate 1971. Rest In peace.
