Scid Howard II

Scid “Ricky” Howard, 69 of England, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at The Blossoms at Cumberland in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born September 3, 1956 in England, Arkansas to the late Scid and Elma Perry Howard also of England. Scid enjoyed taking long walks and listening to music. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife Linda Johnson Howard; three sisters Blanchie Brown, Dorothy Rhodes and Janice Cloird; four brothers Albert Howard, Robert Howard, Henry Howard and Lorenzo Howard. Scid is survived by his son, Scid Howard III and wife Hermeka Howard of Oakland, California; One brother Willie C Baker and wife Annie of Oakland, California; Two sisters Heddy Wesley and husband Elisha of Tucker, Arkansas, and Erma Davis of North Little Rock, Arkansas; Two grandchildren, Scinay Howard and Sydney Howard and a host of family and friends.
