Suhail Farah Khoury was born July 12, 1945, in Jenin, Palestine, to the late Farah and Yousra Khoury. He passed away May 29, 2024. Suhail was raised in the Greek Orthodox faith.
Suhail primarily grew up in Nazareth, Israel and lived in a number of places (Germany, Michigan, Texas) during his life. Suhail settled in Central Arkansas for most of his adult life. He worked in the food and hospitality industry, successfully opening and leading several chain restaurants. He also opened Pie Square Pizza, which left its mark on Little Rock’s restaurant scene. As he aged, Suhail enjoyed talking about his successful career, keeping up with his family, and encouraging his grandkids’ educational pursuits.
Suhail Farah Khoury was preceded in death by his sister, Maha (Jabra) Daibes. Suhail leaves to carry on his legacy his daughter, Gina (VP) Khoury of Little Rock, AR, his son, Jake Khoury of Richmond, VA, his siblings, Zuhair (Zoha) Khoury, Hala (Manaam) Mahly, Ibrahim (Abtisam) Khoury, all of Nazareth, Israel; six grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
