Wilson Redus Jr., 82 of North Little Rock slipped quietly into eternal rest on June 22, 2025 surrounded by the love of his family and the steadfast grace of the God he served so well. Born on March 17, 1943, in North Little Rock, Arkansas,
A proud 1961 graduate of Scipio A. Jones High School, A U.S. Army's 25th Infantry Division Veteran. He treasured his family above all. Left to celebrate his legacy of kindness and steady strength are his devoted wife, Lavone Redus; two daughters, Dr. Rochelle Redus of North Little Rock and Tashua (Đwayne) Lee of Ohio; five brothers —Kenneth (Doris), Michael (Rose), Fredrick, Reginald, and Rodney (Cresha) Redus; two sisters, Carol Watson and Charlotte Thomas; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. He is also remembered with affection by several "play sisters," special friends, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and church family. Walk through visitation June 25, 2025 1-5 pm at Superior.
